Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Educators to join our team.

About the Role

The Opportunity is designed for those who are enthusiastic about creating a nurturing environment for young children.

  • Ensuring child safety and wellbeing using active supervision skills, promoting a culture of care and responsibility.
  • Collaborating with colleagues on implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering a collaborative approach to education.
  • Providing personalized attention to meet the unique learning styles and needs of the children in our care, enhancing their developmental journey.
  • Guiding behaviour through positive reinforcement for social and emotional development, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Maintaining open communication with parents about a child's progress and concerns, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Actively participating in team meetings to achieve a cohesive approach to early childhood education, driving collective success.

Requirements:

  • Available to work flexible shifts between 6.30am - 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid, Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain).
  • Working knowledge of Child Safe Standards and National Quality Framework/Educational Learning Framework principles.
