About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Symmetry Human Resources Group Pty Ltd. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery and maintaining accurate production records.

Key Responsibilities
  • General operation and monitoring of production machinery
  • Maintaining accurate production records
  • Monitoring operation of plant and adjusting accordingly
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets
  • Taking responsibility for own safety and safety of others
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing
  • Ability to demonstrate high levels of initiative and work well under pressure
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Safety-focused attitude with high attention to detail and time management skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Will to work rotating shifts (afternoon, days, nights) on a 5-day rotation Monday to Friday
