Teaching Opportunity for High School English and Math

We are seeking an experienced educator to work with high school students in English and Math. As a tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to small groups and individual students.

  • Teach English and Math to high school students from Year 7 to HSC levels.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students, ensuring consistency and quality of instruction.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback on their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment with curriculum standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of the NSW school curriculum and its application in teaching English and Math.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • The ability to adapt your teaching approach to meet the diverse needs of students, promoting inclusivity and equity in the learning environment.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, ensuring seamless delivery of lessons and maintaining a productive classroom environment.
  • A flexible and patient approach, accommodating the varying abilities and learning styles of students.
