Key Responsibilities- Establishing a visible presence within the store to deter potential incidents.
- Recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities through regular reports.
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities also include ensuring that premises are free from hazards, identifying and addressing potential security risks, and upholding high standards of professionalism in approach and communication.
A successful Retail Security Officer will be able to balance their attention between proactive measures and reactive responses, adapting to changing circumstances as needed. This role offers excellent opportunities for professional development and growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.
