About the Role
Calvary Care is seeking skilled and dedicated nurses to join our team as Anaesthetic and Recovery Nurses. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Anaesthetists to provide high-quality patient care and support.
- Facilitate effective communication with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Recognize and respond to deteriorating patients, utilizing your advanced clinical skills and knowledge.
- Assess and provide multimodal analgesia to ensure optimal patient comfort and pain management.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient care and treatment.
Requirements
- Experience in anaesthetic and perioperative nursing, with a strong focus on patient care and safety.
- Advanced Life support and Paediatric Life support certificates are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a passion for working in a mission-based organization.
