Disability Care Worker Needed for Flexible Night Shifts

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Care Worker to join our team on a casual basis.

This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home-based setting, including daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being, and communicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to achieve client outcomes and contribute to a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

  • Ongoing degree in nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Availability for day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • First Aid Certification and Working with Children Check (preferred)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred) and National Police Certificate
  • Driver Licence (preferred)

Working Conditions:
