Casual Educator Position

We are seeking experienced Educators to join our casual pool at an Early Childhood service on the Central Coast.

Ideal Candidate

  • Interest in or passion for contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.

  • Ready to implement innovative programming and practice.
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated, and reliable professional willing to grow with our service.
  • Ability to build and foster positive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community.

Essential Criteria

  • Valid NSW Working With Children Check.
  • Understanding of contemporary child safe practices.
  • Flexible availability across the week during service operational days and hours.
  • ACECQA approved Cert III and/or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards either qualification.
  • Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates, Food Safety and Child Protection training.
