Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our East Maitland store. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supervising daily store operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional food quality and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Supervise opening and closing shift operations, managing variable shifts and ensuring seamless execution of store processes.
- Team Leadership: Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding ZSG experiences, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Food Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with ZSG's high standards for food quality and safety, maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace.
- Support to Store Management: Collaborate with the Store Management team to drive operational excellence, executing ZSG's business objectives and strategies.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of team leadership experience, preferably in the food service industry.
- A passion for food, restaurants, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A positive 'can-do' attitude, with a willingness to be hands-on and adapt to changing situations.

- A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
