Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook fresh, modern cuisine with a focus on gluten-free options to ensure a consistently high standard of food quality.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient and seamless service.
  • Assist with menu development and recipe creation to ensure a diverse and appealing menu.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen environment at all times.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and be flexible with client requests.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience working in a busy commercial kitchen.
  • Prior experience cooking or baking gluten-free products is essential.
  • Committed and reliable with strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience in ordering for the kitchen and bar is highly desirable.
  • Adaptable and dynamic with a fun, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
