Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience working in a busy commercial kitchen.
- Prior experience cooking or baking gluten-free products is essential.
- Committed and reliable with strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience in ordering for the kitchen and bar is highly desirable.
