Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandiser - Display Specialist to join our team in Perth's Inner City & Inner North West Suburbs. As a key member of our merchandising field team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that showcase our products in major supermarket chains within your assigned area.

Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining the company's product range on store shelves at major supermarket chains in your designated area.
  • Designing and executing point-of-sale displays to effectively showcase products and drive sales.
  • Liaising with store managers to ensure stock levels are adequately stocked and maintained.
  • Loading, unpacking, and displaying merchandise (up to 12kg lifting capacity).
  • Cleaning display areas and inspecting stock quality.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and liaising with store and department managers as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possession of a reliable vehicle and Australian driver's license is essential.
  • Able to work early mornings (6am) and adapt to varying shift times.
  • Prior retail, supermarket, or merchandising experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a flair for creativity are essential.
  • Reliable, physically fit, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
