You will be an integral part of the Client Relationship team, reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Sales – Logistics. Your role will involve cultivating, expanding, and solidifying long-term partnerships with each client, facilitating business retention and growth across their networks. This position encompasses a company-wide responsibility, engaging with all business units to provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate, execute, and assess the growth and sales strategy for clients.
  • Establish, maintain, and enhance executive-level relationships within client organizations, extending beyond operational and procurement contacts.
  • Drive sustainable growth by identifying opportunities for service expansion and cross-selling solutions from various business units.
  • Proactively identify key strategic priorities for clients and determine how Team Global Express can unlock new business development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales and revenue forecasts for clients, ensuring all opportunities are documented in the CRM and progressed within established timelines.
  • Advocate for clients internally at both executive and operational levels, developing innovative solutions to address their challenges.
  • Lead efforts to ensure a seamless client experience by collaborating with senior internal stakeholders to eliminate barriers in service delivery.
  • Oversee essential strategic, financial, and operational reporting processes between Team Global Express and clients.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of clients' financial performance and trends, including costs, pricing, and margins.
  • Stay informed about key industry trends, initiatives, and innovations that may impact future growth strategies.
