Product Management Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and drive product management activities for the MH-60R Seahawk Romeo helicopter fleet.

The role involves managing sustainment product management activities, leading an integrated high-functioning team, and maintaining stakeholder relationships with Australian Defence, US government, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide expert policy advice.
  • Lead and manage MH-60R sustainment product management activities within an integrated workforce.
  • Manage an integrated high-functioning team of employees to achieve compliant and effective outcomes.
About Our Team:

We are a collaborative team focused on ensuring mission readiness and airworthiness of the Royal Australian Navy's MH-60R Seahork Romeo helicopter fleet and the safety of aviators and maintenance staff through support services via Foreign Military Sales agreements with the US Government and Australian industry partners.

The successful applicant will join a dynamic team of professionals who work together to ensure the availability of the fleet in a cost-effective and compliant framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Integrated Logistics System (ILS), contract management support, and maintenance outcomes.
  • Judgement to achieve critical outcomes and uphold the highest levels of integrity.
