A Dynamic Role in Fitness and Wellness

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Fitness and Wellness Professional. As a Member Support Consultant, you will be the driving force behind member engagement and retention.

Your primary objective will be to drive membership growth by performing outreach activities, generating and converting leads, and inspiring people to take action that positively impacts their physical, mental, and emotional wellness.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life, making every day unique and exciting. You will contribute to club sales targets using sales promotions and referral campaigns, generate high-quality sales leads through community outreach, and achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members, create positive and personalized member journeys, and achieve successful outcomes to inquiries. Additionally, you will participate actively in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute to club sales targets using sales promotions and referral campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create positive and personalized member journeys
  • Achieve successful outcomes to inquiries

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • A problem-solving mindset – able to provide solutions that meet potential members’ needs
  • Excellent communication skills – able to talk to anyone with ease and inspire action
  • Drive – goal-focused and continuously seeking self-improvement
  • Team player – able to work through challenges and celebrate successes with the team
  • Customer focus – skilled at building rapport with diverse individuals and motivated to help achieve their goals
