About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Coach. In this role, you will provide coaching, mentoring, and supervision to our Allied Health Team working in the Early Childhood Approach program in Caboolture, Milton, and/or Loganholme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a clinical caseload and support children and families with more complex needs, utilizing opportunities within your own caseload to support the clinical development of the team.
  • Coach, advise, and provide on-the-job support to other team members to enhance quality and culturally appropriate occupational therapy interventions.
  • Champion and support the implementation of a relationship-based intervention approach within our program.
  • Promote evidence-based occupational therapy practice and provide coaching, mentoring, and supervision to other occupational therapists.
  • Work in collaboration with Team Leaders and other Senior Clinicians to monitor, develop, and improve clinical service provision.
  • Complete case consultations and support with transdisciplinary case conferences.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience working with young children with developmental delays or disability and their families.
  • Openness to work in an innovative, dynamic, and relationally informed early intervention model.
  • Knowledge of early childhood intervention principles and best practice.
  • Experience and ability to mentor colleagues and provide clinical supervision within framework guidelines.
  • Current driver's license, willingness/ability to travel to clients (pool cars provided).
