Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise
  • Detailed understanding and experience with Windows Server, including Active Directory, DNS, PKI, ADFS, File and Print, DFS, and Group Policy Management (GPM).
  • Experience with systems monitoring and patching using Microsoft System Centre products and Intune.
  • Understanding of Cyber Security tools and methodologies, including application whitelisting, host-based firewalls, vulnerability scanners, and device control.
Azure Infrastructure Experience
  • Experience managing Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) servers, including template deployment, user, and resource administration.
Cyber Security Knowledge
  • Understanding of Australian Government Cyber Security requirements, processes, and artefacts, including ISM, Essential 8, and ACSC hardening guides.
Documentation and PAM Skills
  • Strong experience in writing technical documentation, including SOPs and design documentation.
  • Experience implementing and managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including vaulting credentials, session monitoring, and integrating with enterprise authentication systems.
