We are seeking experienced Room Attendants to join our team at LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including replenishing amenities and ensuring all equipment is in working order
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week
