We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Gardener to join our team at Aveo Cleveland Gardens, a large retirement living community in Ormiston, QLD. As a Gardener, you will play a vital role in ensuring the grounds, gardens, and common areas are well-maintained, presentable, and safe for residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various gardening and maintenance tasks, including mowing, pruning, hedging, weeding, and leaf blowing.
  • Attend to maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Carry out preventative garden and maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules.
  • Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with a fantastic team.
Requirements
  • Experience in general handyperson maintenance, gardening, or landscaping roles.
  • Current Police Check certificate (required, but if you do not possess, we can complete for you).
  • Valid driver's licence and two (2) COVID-19 doses (required).
