Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers
  • Operate the register and process transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards
  • Receive and process stock deliveries, verifying quantities and accuracy
  • Assist with stock control and inventory management, reporting any discrepancies or concerns
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by working collaboratively with colleagues

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks effectively
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
