The successful candidate will join a reputable civil contractor with a strong track record of delivering high-quality road construction, bulk earthworks, and flood recovery projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of civil earthworks, road/pavement, drainage, and structural scope of works.
- Contract Interpretation: Ability to interpret and execute contract plans.
- Project Guidelines: Complete project guidelines in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Client Liaison: Liaise with clients and external subcontractors.
- Resource Management: Supervision of allocated resources and control of labour.
- Health, Safety, and Quality: Understanding and pioneering a strong attitude towards Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures and policies.
- Regional Work: Willingness to work in regional locations on fly-in/fly-out capacity.
- Certification: Minimum Certificate IV in Civil Construction.
- Construction White Card: Required.
- Supervisory Experience: Previous Supervisor experience on road infrastructure projects (DTMR preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Australian OH&S Standards and DTMR Specifications.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a permanent position that offers an excellent remuneration package, including a work vehicle allowance, phone, and laptop.
