Community Support Worker

Momentum Collective is a registered charity and not-for-profit community services organisation creating real social change and inclusive opportunities.

As a Community Support Worker, you will maintain the well-being of clients and help them work towards their goals and aspirations. You'll provide support in their day-to-day lives by assisting and encouraging them to participate in daily tasks such as meals, cleaning, medication, and personal care.

  • Assist with daily tasks and encourage participation in activities
  • Help clients achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Provide emotional support and stability

We believe in a shared or collective responsibility to help close these gaps and are looking for can-do, positive people, to join our community movement.

Requirements
  • Cert III in relevant industry qualification
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • NSW working with children check or willing to obtain
  • Evidence of full COVID-19 vaccination
