Specialist Technician WantedWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced specialist technician to join our workshop team. As a valued member of the team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your technical skills and build on them with the support of a great team and modern facilities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnostic Expertise: Diagnose damaged suspension parts and mechanical components using advanced scan tools and computers.
  • Component Replacement: Dismantle and fit new mechanical and suspension parts, ensuring quality control and inspection of vehicles.
  • Vehicle Testing: Test drive vehicles to ensure they meet quality repair standards and perform wheel alignments as needed.
  • System Updates: Carry out system updates to diagnostic computers and wheel alignment computers when necessary.
  • Inventory Management: Label parts and store them correctly, checking new parts for damage and correct installation.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean work bay and workshop areas, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • A valid qualification in mechanical engineering or a related field is essential.
  • A strong commitment to safety and a desire to grow and build skills is crucial.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility are also essential qualities.
