Status: Part-time permanent

**About the role**

We are seeking a dedicated Practice Leader to lead a team supporting people with disability in Burpengary, QLD. As a coach and leader, you will empower frontline staff to deliver exceptional person-centred outcomes in a values-driven environment.

- Based in Burpengary, QLD.
- Rotational roster (including time for administration)

**Key responsibilities**

- Lead and develop a team of support professionals
- Model best practice and drive service quality
- Foster collaboration and build team capability
- Support delivery of individual goals and outcomes
- Align daily operations with strategy and values

**Requirements**

- Proven leadership experience in disability or community services
- Strong coaching and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
- Knowledge of NDIS and quality standards
- Availability for a 7-day rotating shift roster
