  • Engage with Vendors, Agents, and Clients effectively.
  • Manage bookings and purchase requisitions.
  • Address client needs and manage urgent requests under pressure.
Essential Skills & Competencies:
  • Effective Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and adapt communication style based on the audience.
  • Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail and proficient written communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
  • Commercial Acumen: Capability to apply knowledge practically in a business context.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Readiness to support and collaborate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Time Management: Effectively achieve objectives within designated timeframes while managing administrative responsibilities efficiently.
  • Forklift License: Required.
  • Driver's License: Preferred.
