We are currently seeking a passionate Employment Coach to join our team in Murray Bridge. In this role, you will be part of a supportive and result-driven team who are dedicated to our vision of well-being, independence, and opportunity for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one coaching sessions to participants, assessing their career needs, and creating personalised action plans.
  • Conduct career assessments and help clients identify their strengths, interests, and values to guide their employment goals.
  • Use sales strategies to work collaboratively and network with community organisations to create opportunities for participants.
  • Assist participants in developing effective job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation.
  • Refer participants through training, counselling, and other services to increase long-term employment outcomes.
  • E nsure compliance requirements are met.
About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working autonomously within a broader team environment, enthusiastic, empathetic, and dedicated to making a difference in people's lives. You will have experience in administration, strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and outlined KPI targets, and able to work in an agile environment.

Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, client-facing or an administrative role.
  • Time management, organisational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritise in order to achieve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with well-developed verbal, written skills, and the ability to conduct client assessments, develop case plans, and case notes and reports.
  • Interpersonal conflict resolution and negotiation skills along with the ability to identify innovative and lateral solutions to problems.
  • Ability to develop relationships with employers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Excellent computer skills.
Salary Package
