Job Description:

The Store Operations Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience across all areas of the store.

In the absence of senior management, this role reports to the Assistant Manager.

  • Maximise sales by executing routine tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Support and motivate colleagues by implementing best practices and exceeding performance expectations.
  • Follow direction to maintain the highest standards across all store areas.
  • Act as a proactive team member within the store.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless execution of daily routines and processes.
  • Communicate incidents, damages, operational issues, or suggestions to senior management promptly.
  • Minimise stock losses due to store damage or internal/external theft.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store standards.
  • Verify accurate inventory levels through regular stocktakes and adjustments.
  • Guarantee equipment is functioning correctly, properly maintained, and used effectively.
  • Notify senior management of any pest-related issues.
  • Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Train colleagues on relevant company procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
