Key Responsibilities- B2B Operations - International retail ordering and communication
- Customer Experience – Email, social, reviews, disputes
- Operational Support – Fulfilment, admin, supply chain
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Problem-solving abilities
- Coordinate business operations and experiences within the organization
- Assist with planning and executing events and programs
- Manage communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of all business activities
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Previous experience in Shopify management is highly desirable
- Knowledge of the social care industry is beneficial
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
