NADA is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality healthcare support to our clients. This is a highly rewarding and autonomous role where you'll have the opportunity to shape how you deliver services and establish key referral pathways between healthcare providers and NADA.
This role is diverse and offers exposure to a wide range of healthcare services programs, as well as providing crucial outreach services to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality healthcare support to clients of NADA.
- Developing and maintaining referral pathways between healthcare providers and NADA.
- Providing healthcare education and information to NADA staff.
- Contributing to the development and enhancement of healthcare support systems within NADA.
- Ensuring that all healthcare services provided align with best practices and meet the needs of clients.
This is a max-term part-time contract with 22.8 hours per week (3 days - flexibility on days/hours). The ideal candidate will have:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience in a clinical, community, hospital, or public health setting.
- A strong understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvements in healthcare delivery.
- The ability to prioritize and manage workloads based on client needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, staff, and external agencies.
- Experience in networking, liaising, and developing partnerships with healthcare providers.
- The ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
