Avionics Training Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality training solutions and develop courseware materials in support of E-7 Aircraft maintenance activities.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in technical maintenance development and instruction, with a strong understanding of Avionics systems and regulations.
This role is critical in ensuring the effectiveness of training programs and providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for developing essential courseware compliant with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructor-led training and develop courseware materials to support ongoing sustainment activities.
- Analyze lesson frameworks and design maintenance training solutions to meet capability requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Aeroskills Avionics (MEA40618) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with E-7 Wedgetail or B737NG holding a B2 MAML or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Avionics Aircraft Maintenance (B2).
