Workforce Planning Specialist

This role is responsible for developing, investigating, and analysing scenario options for future strategies within a structured framework to defined lead times and standards. It involves utilising resource management software and scenario modelling tools to construct robust options and analysis, taking key priorities and risks into account.

The role requires experience working with complex data sets and analysis tools, prior experience in advising on workforce forecasting, and a comprehensive understanding of workforce planning management methodologies. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and be able to plan and prioritise effectively.

As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and provide advice and support on all workforce forecasting, modelling and planning matters. You will also be responsible for assisting with project implementation of key workforce modelling insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and analyse scenario options for future strategies
  • Utilise resource management software and scenario modelling tools
  • Undertake scenario modelling initiatives including initial scoping and analysis of associated impacts
  • Assist with project implementation of key workforce modelling insights
  • Establish key relationships and work closely with the leadership team
  • Provide advice and support on all workforce forecasting, modelling and planning matters
Requirements for Success:
  • Experience working with complex data sets and analysis tools
  • Prior experience in advising on workforce forecasting
  • Comprehensive understanding of workforce planning management methodologies
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively
  • Expert stakeholder engagement skills
