We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent communication skills, empathy, and compassion. They should also be able to work effectively in a team, have strong problem-solving skills, and have a good understanding of mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical assistance with daily living tasks, such as dressing, showering, and using the toilet.
  • Support clients in managing medications and preparing meals, taking into account their dietary needs.
  • Assist with mobility, using equipment such as wheelchairs and electric scooters as needed.
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities, including mindfulness coloring, board games, and music appreciation.
  • Help create a structured routine that includes grocery shopping, medical appointments, and leisure activities.
  • Approach each client with sensitivity and respect their preferences for personal space and communication methods.
  • Minimize triggers in the environment, such as loud noises and certain discussions, to help manage PTSD and anxiety.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and services provided.
