About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our Managed Services Team, you will play a vital role in securing and resolving cyber threats for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform 3rd level engineering activities to enable the delivery of cyber security services.
  • Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
  • Support project work as required.
  • Manage and update service requests to meet contracted Service Level Agreements.
  • Provide remote technical support and escalations within Managed Services' ITIL aligned service delivery processes.
  • Manage the technical resolution of incidents either remotely or onsite.
  • Plan, coordinate and implement complex network changes within customer specified change windows.
  • Coordinate and execute release management activities within customer specified change windows.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the clients' environment(s) and relevant documentation.
  • Provide proactive communication on the status of incident/problem resolution.
  • Educate and mentor team members on technical topics.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in a managed cyber security environment.
  • Experience with Firewall products (Cisco FTD, Palo Alto, Juniper, Checkpoint).
  • Experience with Proxy products (Palo Alto Prisma/SASE, BlueCoat, Zscalar, f5).
  • Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk).
  • Palo Alto Security Certification (PCNSE, PCNSA).
  • Cisco CCNP/CCIE Security certified.
  • Strong knowledge of security products and technologies.
  • Experience with web gateway technology (Palo Alto Prisma, Zscaler ZIA, Netskope, Symantec bluecoat web gateway).
  • Experience with VPN technologies (Cisco Any Connect, Zscaler ZPA).
  • Experience with compliance management tools (AlgoSec Firemon, Skybox, Tufin).
  • Good knowledge of routing and switching protocols.
Desirable Skills
  • Zscaler, Netskope certifications and experience.
  • Cyber Security Tools for AlgoSec, and SIEM solutions Splunk, RSA envision.
  • Vulnerability Management tools like Qualys or Tenable.
  • Prior experience and/or training about the ITIL Services Framework.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Security solutions.
  • Scripting skills with good command of Python.
  • Experience in supporting Splunk Log search head, running query.
  • Knowledge of Mitre framework and NIST framework.
