About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our eCommerce strategy and execution for Postpaid Mobile and Connected Devices. As a Mobile E-Commerce Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for defining and embedding the vision, purpose, and strategy for eCommerce across Optus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Defining and embedding the vision, purpose, and strategy for eCommerce across Optus.
  • Crafting compelling sales experiences that drive purchase across all sales channels.
  • Collaborating with Product Marketing to manage backlogs for Mobile, Connected Devices, and Accessories squads aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Leading the eCommerce experience at Optus and working closely with digital marketing and Customer Experience teams to foster growth.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in eCommerce strategy development and execution, especially in mobile products.
  • Expertise in optimizing sales flows and increasing online sales.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and sales conversion techniques.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills, capable of setting standards and collaborating effectively.
