Job Title: Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, enabling them to live independently and empowered.

Our services cater to individuals requiring dementia care, domestic support, companionship and socialisation, personal care, post-operative care, disability support, and skilled nursing. We strive to deliver tailored support that promotes independence and enhances the quality of life for our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Offer social support and companionship to our clients
  • Prepare meals and assist with medication administration
  • Provide respite care and transportation to appointments

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
  • A Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services
  • A satisfactory Australian National Police Check
  • A current or willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certificate
