**Key Competencies & Experience:**

  • 10+ years relevant business, technology, and mainframe experience.
  • 10+ years experience in a Security Analyst role (highly desirable).
  • Advanced - RACF Security Expertise.
  • Advanced - JCL coding experience.
  • Advanced - SAS programming expertise.
  • ISPF and ISPF Dialogue Management Services.
  • SDSF (Spool Display Search Facility).
  • Programming experience in one or more disciplines (including Python, Assembler, PL/1, and Cobol).

**Key Non-Technical Capabilities:**

  • Tertiary qualification in a Technology discipline or related field (highly desirable).
  • Sound understanding of security, audit, and risk management, controls, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and enable successful implementation of technical strategies.
  • Use technical expertise and judgment to define and implement technical solutions supporting business needs.
  • Provide services to support, guide, and assure the design of solutions in line with strategies and directions.
  • Confer with system users to develop areas of change that improve efficiency, integration, or reduce costs.
