What You'll Do
  • Build on existing programs related to manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Work on projects related to key areas of production lines ensuring KPIs are delivered across safety, quality, and cost.
  • Take leadership responsibility for delivery of projects through people and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Degree qualifications in Mechanical Engineering (or similar).
  • The right to live and work in Australia.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, proficient user of MS Office product suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan and organize at a high level.
  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or similar Root Cause problem identification will set you up for success in our program.
