Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Child Development Specialist to join our Tamworth – Brisbane Street centre. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to design and implement high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in their professional development
Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
