We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Leader for Growth to spearhead our digital marketing strategy and drive business expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-performing campaigns across multiple channels, including display marketing, social media, and search engine optimization.

About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will work closely with our website, content, and analytics teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our online presence, drive traffic to our website, and deliver new client growth through lead generation and website sign-ups.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve engagement, conversions, CPA efficiency, and revenue targets across multiple regions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of digital marketers, providing strategic guidance, direction, and mentorship to ensure effective workload management and foster professional growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize technical analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 to derive actionable insights and develop data-driven marketing strategies that optimize campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets to overall efficiency targets, ensuring campaigns translate to positive ROI in the short term and deliver long-term business growth.
  • First-Party Data Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to operationalize and analyze first-party data, driving performance and customer engagement revenue.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5-8 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or fintech environments.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field related to digital marketing.
  • Extensive proficiency with Google Marketing Platform Suite and associated platforms, including DV360, Campaign Manager, SA360, Google Ads, and YouTube.
  • Familiarity with technical analytics tools like GA4, Google Cloud Platform, and SQL.
