About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Sub-Acute ward at Northeast Health Wangaratta. The successful applicant will possess strong skills in clinical rehabilitation, complex discharge planning, and collaborative practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in the Sub-Acute ward
  • To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centred care goals
What You Will Need
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical rehabilitation, complex discharge planning, and collaborative practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
