About the Role

Consolidated Power Projects is seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering function in the Philippines.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in growing a high-performing team in our Quanta Philippines office to support Engineering and Operational projects for CPP in Australia.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and driven Engineering Manager to work from our Manila office on secondment, collaborating closely with Australian-based Engineering Managers and Engineers to ensure excellence in engineering across landmark Australian utility and renewable projects.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the Engineering leadership team at an industry-leading organisation, leveraging extensive experience at a senior level with substation design and/or utility grid connections.

About You
  • 15+ years' experience at a senior level with substation design and/or utility grid connections
  • Significant expertise in power transmission and distribution substation design, ideally from concept to commissioning
  • Experience with renewable grid connection projects in Australia
  • Qualifications in electrical engineering are essential
  • Experience in the application of ISO900/QA processes and procedures with an in-depth understanding of codes of practice and industry standards (AS 2067)
  • Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring engineers
  • Willingness to relocate to Manila for a secondment
