Seeking motivated individuals to join our kitchen team.

Making sushi is a key part of this role, including rolls, nigiri and sashimi.

The hot section requires a team player who can work under pressure.

We are looking for someone to assist with delivery services such as ubereats.

Duties will include preparation, washing up and cleaning the kitchen.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Highly motivated
  • Experience of making sushi preferred
  • Able to work long hours
  • Able to greet customers cheerfully
  • Able to continue improving knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Japanese food and cuisine
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
