Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer and Assessor in Neuro Linguistic Programming to join our team at A.I.R Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing vocational training courses in the field of NLP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions via online formats.
  • Assess and evaluate the performance of course participants, providing constructive feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant changes into training programs.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Learning to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
Requirements:
  • Extensive background in business and/or corporate training and coaching.
  • Experience delivering Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner course.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Qualifications in adult education, psychology, counselling or NLP or a related field are highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
