Front of House All Rounder

We are seeking experienced and passionate professionals to fill this key role in our Canberra Centre store.

The Job:

  • Serve customers with a welcoming attitude and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a high level of receipts management.
  • Develop product knowledge and craft high-quality beverages with precision and flair.
  • Assist with breakfast preparation, using the sandwich press to toast and wrap products prepared by the kitchen team.
  • Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the store are maintained.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and colleagues, promoting our brand and products.
  • Collaborate closely with the donut kitchen team to manage display and stock levels, creating an appealing environment.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and maintain a clean and safe working area.

Requirements:

  • Dishwashing experience preferred (1 year)
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry preferred (1 year)
  • Barista experience preferred (1 year)
