Job Title: Horticulturist Team Leader

The role we are seeking to fill involves leading a small team in maintaining high quality open spaces, while performing various tasks related to planting and grounds maintenance. This full-time position is based on the North side of Brisbane.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of a small team
  • Auditing, record keeping and reporting
  • Garden and tree planting
  • Mowing
  • Mulching
  • Pest and disease identification
  • Hedging and weeding

Requirements:

  • Great attitude, communication skills, organised, problem solver, friendly and approachable
  • Drivers licence (manual)
  • MR vehicle licence (Preferred)
  • Construction Induction (White) Card
  • Cert III in Parks and Gardens or qualification in Horticulture / Arboriculture
  • Experience in Landscape Maintenance
  • A passion for working outdoors and improving the environment
