About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled technical leader to drive the development and operation of our core backend platform.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the technical vision and architectural standards for the backend stack, ensuring scalability, resilience, and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of large-scale company-wide initiatives, such as service migrations, major API overhauls, and shared platform services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize feature delivery, engineering quality, and platform stability.
  • Develop and maintain complex distributed systems at scale, leveraging expertise in multiple backend languages and cloud infrastructure.
  • Drive quality, process, observability, and tooling for the backend domain, owning uptime and incident response for the platform.

  • Strong leadership skills, including mentoring senior engineers and driving consistent best practices across the team.
