About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of students. You will have the chance to develop and lead whole-school literacy and numeracy programs, as well as run staff professional development programs.

You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that all program provisions are culturally appropriate and that you have the ability to diagnose problems, foresee potential issues, and devise appropriate responses.

We are looking for an educator who is committed to the values of a Catholic educational system and has experience leading teams and coaching staff. You should have high-level communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a complex and layered organizational structure.
