About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a challenging role and make a real impact on our business. You will have the autonomy to work independently, with full support from our Head Office team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
What We Offer
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a base salary of $80K-$100K, plus Super, plus car allowance, and an incentive plan that will see you add another $25K-$30K. You will also have the opportunity to travel to Sri Lanka for a solid induction and to meet the leaders and team who've got your back.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
