Job Title: Fishing Crew

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our fishing crew in Buderim, QLD 4556. Our company operates in the Australian Fishing Zones and requires skilled individuals for various full-time positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the operation of fishing vessels and equipment
  • Participate in seafood processing and handling
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient working environment
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's Australian work experience in the fishing industry
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Compensation:

Salary ranges for full-time employees are as follows:

  • Ship's Master: $120,000.00 or greater
  • Ships Engineer (Fishing): $67,000.00 to $75,000.00
  • Master Fisher: $73,150 to $75,000.00
  • Ship's Officer: $67,000 to $75,000.00
  • Deck and Fishing Hands: $65,835 to in excess of $73,150.00

Plus government regulated superannuation guarantee.
