The successful candidate will have previous experience using Maximo with intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and a drive for process improvement.

They will demonstrate and possess the following:

  1. Qualification in IT is desirable but not required.
  2. Prior experience with Maximo Automation scripts.
  3. Previous experience managing, implementing, and delivering continuous Maximo improvements.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  5. A team player with a can-do attitude and a collaborative relationship builder.
  6. Proven track record of ability to interact with key stakeholders in a highly effective manner.
  7. Strong organisational capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support and improve Maximo and Mobility solution.
  2. Proactively make recommendations to modify or enhance existing Maximo features.
  3. Undertake any upgrades to Maximo as required.
  4. Provide training and demonstrations for the business as needed.
