Key Responsibilities:
* Assist patients in developing a holistic care plan to manage cancer risk
* Support medical review of content and campaigns for the organisation
* Participate in network meetings and quality improvement initiatives
* Engage in nurse education programs within the network
* Create online education sessions on topics relevant to the high-risk community
* Participate in data collection, health outcomes reporting, and programmatic evaluation
* Evaluate clinical care, utilisation of resources, and development of new clinical tools, forms, and procedures
Requirements:
* Expertise in hereditary cancer, breast/ovarian cancer, and the Australian health system
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* 5 years minimum experience in a clinical setting
* Self-disciplined, energetic, passionate, and innovative
* Confident in presenting at educational events and webinars
* A team player who can follow a system and protocol to achieve a common goal
* Highly organised and well-developed oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrates sound judgment, decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Able to maintain confidentiality with all aspects of information in accordance with practice and local legislation/regulations
