We are seeking an experienced and skilled Instructional Systems Designer to join our team in Homebush, NSW.
This role involves overseeing the development of instructional content, collaborating with SMEs, multimedia developers, content development specialists and programmers.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in computer-based training development or Instructional Design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing cyclical analyses, design, development, implementation and evaluation processes
- Overseeing the training development process, including tracking team progress and organising work tasks
- Development and adherence to delivery schedules
- Serving as the main conduit between the development team and management
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their skills and experience through a combination of education and qualifications, including a tertiary degree in education, adult education or instructional design.
Australian Department of Defence is a major client, and you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide access to corporate discounts, such as Private Health Insurance and more.
